As soon as you take delivery of your new Isuzu truck, you will become a member of our CARE Programme with the entire Isuzu Truck UK Team behind you. Unique within the commercial vehicle industry, we pride ourselves on building strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers.
When your new vehicle has been registered and on the road, you will be assigned a dedicated Customer Liaison Executive who will contact you on a regular basis, to ensure you are satisfied with the sales process, handover of your new vehicle, and the Aftersales services provided so far by our Dealer Network.
Telephone numbers are provided for all of our Senior Management Team, including our Managing Director, demonstrating the confidence we have in our product, people and Dealer Network.

In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your vehicle, rest assured you are supported by our 3-Year Unlimited Mileage Warranty*.
Included in this warranty is an automatic free registration with Isuzu Assist, our emergency roadside assistance service.
A network of Dealers throughout England Scotland and Wales, will attend to you and your vehicle at the roadside as quickly as possible in the event of you experiencing an unforeseen problem.
