How long will my Apprenticeship take?

The Isuzu Technical Apprenticeship Programme follows a progressive syllabus over a 3 year period. At the end of the course you will be a fully qualified technician.

The Sales Apprenticeship Programme follows a structured training course over a 2 year period.

What qualifications will I achieve?

At the end of the2 or 3 year programme you will achieve the following:

Technical Apprentice – VCQ Level 2 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair. Functional Skills Level 2 and IMI Technical Certificate Level 3

Sales Apprentice – VCQ Level 2 in Vehicle Sales, Functional Skills Level 2 and IMI Technical Certificate Level 2

Do I have to go to college?

As part of the apprenticeship programme, you will attend the Isuzu Training Academy based in Hatfield in Hertfordshire on block release throughout the year for first class training and study. All accommodation and meals are taken care of.

Who will I be working for?

Isuzu Truck have 49 main and service dealers strategically located throughout the UK, from Aberdeen in the north to Redruth in the south. You will work alongside qualified technicians and sales professionals at one of our network dealers, learning from their experience and developing the ability to work both on your own and as part of a team.
